So much has happened since my last post! I turned another year older and I would definitely say I feel wiser. But that’s mostly because I just got back from the largest photography convention, WPPI! It was so amazing and I have so many new things in store for SayBre.
Upon my return I shot the most shabby chic wedding at The Farm in Rome, GA, of Jordi and Andrew. They were such an amazing couple and I was honored to be a part of their big day. Jordi was 100 percent involved in every detail of her wedding. From making her own wedding cake, invitations, signs, unique details, to even making the flower girls dress! She was so creative planning the whole thing that I wanted to make sure to capture all her hard work. Also the love these two had for one another was not missed as we all watched Jordi jump up and down right before they were pronounced man and wife, and that kiss, phew I think it gave everyone goose bumps!
Jordi and Andrew couldn’t have chosen a more amazing venue for their wedding! She even said herself, “My favorite detail of the wedding was the venue itself. From the rustic European architecture to the fishing pond and the mountain terrain, it was perfect. There are little details located throughout the property that makes this venue unforgettable.” She couldn’t have been more right. There were so many places to take photos that we didn’t even cover half of them! I can’t wait to do another wedding there because it is simply perfect. They even rented a mechanical bull for their guest to be entertained all night! I loved getting to know this couple and their family and look forward to staying friends with them.
Flowers made the day of by her bridesmaids with flowers at the venue.
Ummm, did I mention I love this venue!

Her father took a photo of them with his phone at the alter! Too cute!

S’mores for the guest to eat at the bonfire later that night.

That’s right they had a mechanical bull at their wedding, what will you have that’s unique?
